Fortress Foundation Solutions is here to help you with all of your crawl space needs! This crawl space in Drakes Branch, Virginia needed both foundation beam support and a full encapsulation. System Designer, Caleb Stone, sent Foreman, Adam Mill, and his Production Crew to fulfill these needs! They installed fourteen of our Smart Jack Support Beams in the crawl space to create the support the floor joists needed. They also completed a full encapsulation including a Water Drainage Matting, Clean Space Vapor Barrier System, SilverGlo Insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

This is what the crawl space looks like after we laid our Clean Space Vapor Barrier System down and installed our Silver Glo Insulation to the walls.

We first installed our Supplemental Beam and than our Smart Jacks to the beam to create the support the crawl space needed.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Lastly we installed out SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to the crawl space to keep the air free of moisture and mold.
