Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Floor Support? Yes, Please! in This Charlottesville School Building
This Charlottesville school building needed floor support and an encapsulation. The floor was sagging from moisture damage to the floor joists. A family was moving into this building and the school officials wanted to make sure it was safe and healthy for them. System Designer, Danny Camunas, provided an inspection and free estimate. Working with this non-profit, Danny was able to help them with their pressing need. Accommodating their academic calendar, Fortress scheduled the work when no students were present. Warren Dickerson and his crew lead the project installing Smart Jacks for floor support and CleanSpace vapor barrier. This heavy-duty moisture barrier transforms the crawl space into a dry, clean, energy-efficient part of the house. Now this school has more usable and secure space for whatever need might arise!
