Once they settled on the right plan for Tom's home, foreman Warren Dickerson, brought his crew in for the installation. Warren's crew got to work laying drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier. These two components seal off the damp ground from the rest of the home. Next the crew installed a Triple Safe sump pump. This pump comes with a back up battery ensuring the pump will work if the power goes out. Finally the Sedona Sanidry dehumidifier was added, for moisture and humidity control. Now Tom's can relax knowing if it rains, his crawl space will stay dry with no mold growth!
