This home in North Garden, VA was experiencing an issue with the stability of its crawlspace. The wood posts and concrete columns were no longer efficiently holding up the sagging floors of the home. The moisture level in the crawlspace was enormously high; this was beginning to dampen the wood beams, which further added to the sinking of the floors.
Solution
Fortress Foundation Solutions was able to help better stabilize this home with two different jobs. Although it took a total of six days to install all of the equipment this home needed (usually installs only take one day), the homeowner was very pleased with her crawlspace stabilization system.
