The home-owners in Pulaski, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the stair-stepped cracks on the exterior of the home. While not only making the best decision to call Fortress they made the best decision to fix the issue. Cracks in your home can mean your foundation isn't reliable and cracks can also allow water to come into your home causing more issues.

Solution

Our production team installed Push Piers to stabilize the foundation. Push Piers are installed to the footing of the home and attached with a steel bracket. Soil is then filled around the pier to secure it. Cement is then poured over to give the pier a smooth finish. Push Piers offer minimal disturbance, fast installation and are very effective.
