When this Sherwood Ave, Rural Retreat, VA homeowner noticed stairstep cracks in his basement and how his garage was pulling away from his house, he called Fortress Foundation Solutions! System Designer, Chris Guill, was happy to meet with him, perform a complete inspection and offer a permanent solution for free. After careful consideration, this homeowner decided to protect his biggest investment, his home, and agreed to the proposal.
Solution
Toby Bryant, foreman, and his crew were soon onsite, digging a trench in his garage. They then used this trench to install GeoLock earth anchors to the basement wall. Now the wall is secure and so is his home!
