Foundation Repair Photo Album: Port Republic, VA Sagging Floors and Crawl Space Encapsulation

This homeowner contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because the floors in there home were starting to sag and each time it rained, they would receive water in their crawl space.  Fortress informed the customer that their home was in serious need of our SmartJacks Crawl Space Stabilizer. This system is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging floors. SmartJacks can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position.  We also installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartSump to assure this homeowner that they would no longer receive water in their crawl space.
