Foundation Repair Photo Album: Sagging Floors - Collinsville, VA

This homeowner in Collinsville, VA called Fortress with concerns regarding some sagging floors in the home. Our System Designer, Caleb Stone was able to provide a free estimate. Caleb knew the best solution to help these sagging floors was our SmartJack system. Our Forman, Aj Looney and his crew installed these SmartJacks. The purpose of this system is to help add extra support to the beams that have failed!

Main Beam

This photo shows the crawlspace before we started work. You can see in this picture the beam that goes through out the home is not straight. This beam is slanted causing the floors above to sagg.

This photo shows the SmartJack. Multiple Jacks are placed through out the crawlspace in areas that Caleb recommended, this in return helps to add support in areas that need it!
