Foundation Repair Photo Album: Push Pier Installation in Rapidan, VA
Marie H. of Rapidan, VA, called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing stair step cracks in her brick. Paul Heckman, system designer, met with Marie to address her concerns of foundation settlement. Paul proposed Push Piers to support the foundation of the home and Marie agreed. Soon a Fortress crew came out for the installation. This is done by digging down to the footer and driving the steel pier hydraulically. The hole is then filled back in and the pier is no longer visible. Now Marie's home's foundation is fully supported.

Once the Push Piers are installed, the landscape cloth is put back and the ground is restored.
