David M. of Rockingham, VA, contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing settling in his foundation, concentrated in the back left corner of the home. Chris Wilmouth, System Designer, met with David and performed a thorough inspection. Chris diagnosed the foundation settlement and presented a same-day proposal for the solution - three Push Piers. Push Piers, steel rods driven hydraulically under the footer of the home, were recommended to support the foundation and prevent further damage. Soon, David Bowers and his crew were on-site installing the push piers. After digging the necessary holes and installing the piers, the soil was replaced, and the area was covered with grass seed and hay. New grass will soon grow, rendering the piers undetectable from the outside. With this solution, David's home is now secure and stable once again!
