System Designer Riley Ethier, met with the homeowner and performed a thorough inspection. Riley diagnosed the foundation settlement and presented a same-day proposal for the solution - three Push Piers. These steel rods driven hydraulically under the footer of the home, were recommended to support the foundation and prevent further damage. After digging the necessary holes and installing the piers, the soil was replaced, and the area was covered with grass seed and hay. New grass will soon grow, rendering the piers undetectable from the outside. With this solution, this home is now secure and stable once again!
