Horizontal Crack
This horizontal crack extended around the entire basement. The wall is beginning to bow and will only get worse over time.
Trench for GeoLock installation
A trench is carefully dug outside the home. Steel rods are driven from the trench to the basement wall. After plates are attached on both ends, the anchors secure the wall keeping it from further movement. Once the trench is filled in, grass seed and straw are put down. When the grass grows, the anchors will be undetectable from the outside.
Inside Wall Plates
These wall plates secure the GeoLocks that secure the wall and keep it from bowing. They can be covered so the space can be refinished and used for living space.
