The homeowners in Hardy, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix there sinking front patio. While of course the sinking of a front patio is unappealing to the eye, it could also be a major trip hazard. After out System Designer went out to assess the patio, our Foreman went out to try to help these homeowners.

When fixing sinking concrete, we inject a foam beneath the slab to raise it. Once we get the slab level, we finish it off with a nexus seal that prevents water, ice, and dirt from getting under the slab. Our crew then finishes this by power washing the patio. These products allow you to have a safe hazard free, clean finished patio.

This homeowner had lived in this home for several years before making the decision to take care of his crawlspace. He noticed that the floor would get cold in certain areas of his home and wanted to take care of this issue. He hadn't been in his crawlspace due to the entrance being small and odd in shape. Our System Designer, Danny, was able to provide the homeowner with a full understanding of how our team would come in and make his crawlspace a dry and clean area that he could rest easy knowing that his floors would be well insulated and keep his feet warm in every area of his home.
