This dirty crawlspace really needed some help. It was dirty and moldy from repeated flooding. Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation to brighten up the space and keep it clean and dry.
The basement of this home in Goodview had water coming in through the walls with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress to see what could be done to fix this problem.
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to evaluate this home and recommended installing our WaterGuardXL system along the perimeter of the home, along with our CleanSpace Wall System, and a SuperSump sump pump.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!
This homeowner in Goodview, VA had noticed a major drop in his driveway. This drop was not only unappealing but also a major trip hazard. Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide a free estimate for a solution.
The System Designer suggested our PolyLevel Injection System. Our Forman and his crew were able to go out to this home and inject a foam under the slab to raise it!
This homeowner located in Monroe, VA, contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they noticed water was entering into their basement through the base of their walls.
Fortress installed our full perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TrenchDrain Grated Drain Pipe for around their water heater. Our TrenchLock has a grated opening which is specifically designed to accept water from the floor, assuring this homeowner that their basement would stay dry!
The sidewalk in front of this home in Monroe, Virginia was sinking and separating. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to lift the sidewalk up to it's original position.
