Our amazing System Designer, Caleb Stone, eased the homeowner's mind after their horrible contractor experience with the addition on their home. Caleb was able to provide a low profile solution that would stabilize their concrete pad to allow it to pass inspection. Now the homeowners can move past this new addition experience and begin to enjoy their home!
Our seasoned Foreman, Rob Burger, and his crew completed the installation of six Helical Piers to stabilize the concrete pad so the homeowners can feel confident that their new addition is structurally sound.
Mrs. Franklin was dealing with poor indoor air quality in her Vinton home, and the source of the problem was traced back to her crawl space. Excess moisture and unconditioned air beneath the home were affecting the overall comfort and health of the living space. Scott and his crew installed a complete CleanSpace® Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control moisture and humidity year-round. As shown in the after photos, the crawl space is now clean, dry, and protected, helping create a healthier indoor environment throughout the home.
This homeowner in Blue Ridge just wanted the front of their house to look nice. Unfortunately their porch was not level and their sidewalk was cracked and sinking. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to fix the cracks and level the front porch.
