This family home has always had some kind of water issue. After years of dealing with this they were ready to put an end to this misery.  Our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, went out and provided a permanent solution that would eliminate the water intrusion and still allow the homeowners to utilize the basement. Foreman, Travis Farmer, and his crew did a beautiful job installing our Basement Waterproofing system.  

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solution with a leaking, cold crawlspace that had water damage. To resolve these problems for good, the Fortress Team installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation. The team also installed a SaniDry Sedona and to ensure the crawlspace would stay dry.

This crawlspace in Lyndhusrt was in desperate need of some attention. There was a to of mold and the crawlspace was dirty and wet. Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SaniDry Sedona to ensure that mold will never grow in that crawlspace again.

 This dirty crawlspace in Lyndhurst, VA needed some help! It was moldy and the insulation was falling down due to the high moisture levels. Fortress solved these issues by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the crawlspace would stay clean and dry.

This basement in Lyndhurst had cracking and bowing walls. This can be very dangerous because it is a sign that the foundation wall is failing. Fortress was able to solve this problem by installing CarbonArmor Straps to stabilize the foundation. Over time these straps can be tightened to straighten the wall.
