Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

The basement of this home in Monroe had an issue with water intrusion along the foundation. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to this problem.

Our System Designer, Ed Vest, went out to assess this basement and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump. These products will work together to keep this basement dry!

This couple moved in from another state and unfortunately came into several foundation issues in their new home. Their wall had over 2" of deflection which was very concerning to the homeowner and wanted it remediated as soon as possible. We installed 2 Geo-locks & 2 PowerBrace foundation systems to bring their wall back to a stable position.

This customer came to us with concerns about their flooding crawlspace that was damp and cold. To keep the heat in the house from escaping though the crawlspace, Fortress foundation solutions installed RimTight insulation. Then, Fortress installed a drainage mat and a CleanSpace liner to waterproof the crawl space and address the damp and musty issues the customer was facing. Fortress also installed a SaniDry Sedona to ensure the crawl space would always be dry. 

This customer came to Fortress Foundation Solutions with a dirty crawlspace that had poor insulation. The Fortress Team solved this problem by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with Rim Joist and Foamax Insulations.

Not only is running around the pool dangerous, but uneven concrete is too. It is a tripping hazard that could cause your famaliy to trip and hurt themselves on the concrete. Fortress Foundation Solutions helped make this family's pool safe again. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to level the concrete around the pool. Now the family can play safley.
