Ronald was dealing with moisture coming from his crawl space that was affecting conditions inside his Moneta home. Excess humidity beneath the house created concerns about air quality, comfort, and long-term moisture damage. As shown in the after photo, the crawl space is now dry, sealed, and protected from future moisture issues.
This customer noticed a horizontal crack on their basement wall and called Fortress out to preform an inspection. Upon arriving at the home, our system designer determined that it was a structural issue and that their basement wall was beginning to bow inwards.
