This homeowner in Goode reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water seeping in through the walls of their foundation into their basement.

After evaluating this home, one of our System Designers determined that the best solution for this water intrusion issue would be to install our WaterGuard System along the perimeter walls, along with our CleanSpace Wall System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier.

This property in Goode had a section of sidewalk that had sunken and was detaching from the front steps.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.

The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.

Fortress Foundation Solutions raked and leveled this customer's crawlspace, removed old, ineffective black plastic barrier, and removed falling insulation. We then installed drainage matting, CleanSpace liner, FoamMax insulation, a TripleSafe sump pump with external discharge, and a SaniDry dehumidifier. Entering this crawl space, one is initially hit with a terrible smell. This smell is the cause of the humidity and moisture in the space.
