This Goode, VA resident had noticed water coming into the basement of the home. After calling Fortress, we were able to have our System Designer visit this home for a free estimate. After a close look at this home, the System Designer discussed installing our full perimeter WaterGuard System with the homeowners.
Our Foreman and his crew installed our WaterGuard System along the basement walls. Once this system is installed any water will be directed to the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System and pushed out of the home through an outside discharge line.
Fortress was able to help these customers with a permanent solution for years to come!
This homeowner in Goode reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had water seeping in through the walls of their foundation into their basement.
After evaluating this home, one of our System Designers determined that the best solution for this water intrusion issue would be to install our WaterGuard System along the perimeter walls, along with our CleanSpace Wall System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry XP Dehumidifier.
These products will work together to keep all water and moisture out of the home, and keep this basement dry!
This property in Goode had a section of sidewalk that had sunken and was detaching from the front steps.
Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.
The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions with standing water and old insulation in their crawlspace. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump System. We also installed Foamax Insulation and an IceGuard to ensure the crawlspace would stay warm and dry all-year-round.
This homeowner located in Buena Vista, VA called Fortress because they had been receiving water in their basement each time there was rainfall but had no idea where it was coming in from
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went to inspect their home and figured out that the water had been coming in throuh the walls. Scott explained to this homeowner that our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump would be the best possible solution to assure that their basement would stay dry all year round!
Our WaterGuard System is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where the drain could potentially clog. This system is installed with minimal invasion of the slab, and all concrete is restored after installation! Our WaterGuard System collected the water that was seeping through their basement walls and drained it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump that we installed as well.
