This basement in Hurt had a problem with flooding, and bad water stains, and desperately needed our help!
Our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls, along with our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, and a TripleSafe sump pump.
Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. The CleanSpace vapor barrier will not only brighten the area, it will help to keep moisture out of the basement also. Together these products will ensure that this basement will stay clean and dry all year long!
This homeowner in Hurt reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because the floors of their home and started to sag due to moisture in the crawl space. They wanted those issues resolved before they became a bigger problem.
Our System Designer went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, our SmartJack System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The CleanSpace and SaniDry will work together to keep moisture out of the crawl space, preventing any future moisture related issues. The SmartJack System will permanently lift and stabilize the existing beams and floor joists in the crawl space, bringing those sagging floors back up to their proper position!
This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with water damage from flooding in their basement. Their carpet needed to be replaced and the floor boards were coming up because of this. The Fortress Team installed a SuperSump Plus System with a WaterGuard to prevent any further flooding.
