This stand up crawl space in Lynchburg, VA was having very bad problems with rain coming into the area after storms. Fortress Foundation Solutions decided the best solution would be our Water Guard system in addition to our Super Sump Plus, to continually pump out any water getting in to the outside of the home.

Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!

Fortress went out to the home and installed our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump, and a SaniDry XP and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

A concerned home owner contacted us here at Fortress Foundation Solutions to come take a look at their leaking basement. the finished basement was taking on water when it rained and they also were having some problems with mold. We installed a Clean Space vapor barrier to seal off any moisture from coming through the walls and we also installed our Water Guard drain system to catch any incoming water and from there take it to our Triple Safe sump pump, which would pump the water away from the basement.
