When one of Fortress' foundation specialists visited this home he came across many issues. One of the most noticeable issues discovered was the damaged insulation and debris covering the crawl space. Other problems in this crawl space had to do with structural complications and a lack of proper waterproofing. Fortress Foundation Solutions was able to resolve these issues to leave the customer happy with a clean and safe crawl space. One of the first steps the crew made was to remove the malfunctioning insulation. Along with stripping the insulation, they also removed all the crawl space debris. To keep debris from returning, the crew also sealed all vents in the crawl space. After stabilizing the crawl space, drain matting was installed leaving the once nasty crawl space looking spotless!

Fortress Foundation Solution was able to bring support to this home in Patrick Springs, Virginia. System Designer, Jamey Elder, sent our Production Foreman, AJ Looney and his crew, to install our Smart Jack System to this home owners crawl space. This system provided the support the crawl space needed and long term relief to the home owners.

This home was experiencing main level sagging floors, cracks in the walls, and floors separating from walls. There was also issues with water in the crawlspace, humidity and mold in the home. Upon inspection, we found falling insulation, rotting and moldy joists, and a basic, ineffective plastic sheet on the ground. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry dehumidifer, a total CleanSpace encapsulation, replaced the rotting joists, and installed SmartJacks for a permanent water-free and structurally stable home.

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with a leaking basement and cracking foundation walls. Fortress installed a WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System to ensure the basement would never flood again. To solve the wall cracks, Fortress installed seven PowerBrace Brackets to ensure the wall would never crack or bow again.

The steps at this home in Ruckersville, Virginia were sinking and separating from the porch. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to lift the steps up to their original position.
