This homeowner located in Rustburg, VA contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were tired of receiving water in their basement. This customer came to Fortress Foundation Systems with an uneven and cracking sidewalk. Fortress use the Poly Leven Injection system to level the sidewalk and make it look good as new!

This poor crawlspace was sagging, flooding, and dirty. Fortress Installed 18 SmartJacks and a SleanSpace Encapsulation to lift the crawlspace and make sure it stays clean.

They had noticed that each time there was a heavy rain, water would pour into their basement through the walls. They knew they needed a waterproofing expert to come out and take a look at their home!

One of our System Designers, Jamey Elder, went out to their home to see exactly what needed to be done to keep water out of their home permanently. At the end of their appointment, Jamey recommended that they have us install our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

Our WaterGuard System is the ideal choice for waterproofing any basement. It is installed below the floor slab and rests on top of the foundation footing. This assures our customers that the WaterGuard will stay clear of the "mud zone" so that there is no way the system can clog. Any water that might try to enter the basement will be caught by the WaterGuard and immediately transported to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

The basement of this home in Rustburg had cinder block walls that were starting to bow inward and also had an issue with water intrusion.

Our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install a full perimeter WaterGuard XL system along with a TripleSafe sump pump to take care of the water intrusion issue. He also recommend our CarbonArmor strap system to stabilize and support the foundation walls.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home. This homeowner can now rest assured that their foundation is stabilized and they their basement will be dry!
