The basement of this home in Ridgeway had a recurring issue with water intrusion. It also had some cracking and bowing in the cinder block foundation walls. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get these problems solved.

To best solve the water intrusion issue, Fortress went out and installed our WaterGuard System along the basement walls, along with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. Our PowerBrace System was installed to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their home is supported and dry!

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation, FoamMax Insulation, a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with an external discharge.

Timothy S. and his wife had a soaked basement carpet. Investigating the source, they found a crack in the basement wall and decided to call Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer Kurtis Toppert came out for a free estimate and recommended a FlexiSpan. Wanting to save their finished basement area, they agreed. Nick Mori was able to come out soon after and install the FlexiSpan in a couple of hours. This sealant is flexible, will never dry or crack and ensures a waterproof seal. Now Timothy and his wife are enjoying their basement space again without worry of water!

This basement in Axton was leaking and damaged. There was water stains and mold found throughout the basement. Also, the inssulation was falling down becuase it was so wet and moldy. Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a Triple Safe Sump System and CleanSpace Wall Covering. this basement will always be clean and dry from here on out!

Our Foreman and his crew installed these products. The crew started by prepping the perimeter of the area for the Waterguard. Then they installed the Waterguard and sump pump. Once this was installed, the crew followed over with fresh cement for a clean look. The crew installed the Cleanspace wall to help prevent moisture from coming through the wall. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier was also installed to eliminate the moisture in the area.
