The garage of this home in Warrenton had badly sunken and cracked, and really needed our help!
Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess the garage and determined that our PolyLevel Injection system would be able to lift that concrete up.
The foreman, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
This homeowner in Warrenton contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had some concerns about their foundation. There were several stair-step cracks on the outside walls of the house.
Fortress solved this problem by installing our Push Piers. Push Piers feature a patent-pending external sleeve that strengthens the pier at the critical tension point below the bracket. They are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket. Soil is backfilled around the piers once stabilization and lifting is complete to finish the installation.
A homeowner near Brandy Station, VA had a concrete slab near their pool deck that was cracked and not level. They saw a Television commercial for Fortress Foundation Solutions and decided to give us a call. Our Customer Care Team Member set them up with a free estimate appointment . A System Designer was soon meeting with them explaining our PolyLevel System, letting them know how it could fix their problem. Ready for a Solution, they agreed and scheduled their installation! Foreman Tim Gregorin and his poly crew set to work drilling small holes at regular intervals, pumping poly foam into the holes to lift and level. After the desired height was reached, the holes were filled back in. The final step was to apply NexusPro on the crack to keep water from entering, freezing and causing damage. Look at the difference our product can make!

The basement of this home in Orange had water seeping in through the foundation and pooling during periods of rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get this problem solved.
After having our System Designer assess this home and determine the best waterproofing solution, Fortress sent our Foreman and his crew out to do the job. They installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor. Then they will drain that water to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line.
This homeowner is thrilled knowing they will never have to worry about a wet basement again!
