Soon he was meeting with a system designer who inspected the basement, explained our products and provided a same day estimate all for no cost. Ready for a permanent fix, he agreed. A Fortress waterproofing crew set to work on the basement installing a WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The WaterGuard catches any water that would try to come into the home and drains it to the TripleSafe. Our most powerful sump pump, the TripleSafe has two pumps and a third back-up pump connected to a battery in case of power failure. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, SilverGlo insulation, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The SilverGlo is installed on the walls and insulates to keep the home warm in winter and cool in the summer. It is moisture resistant and won't get moldy or break down. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry. When Stephen looks into his crawl space now, it is clean, dry and he knows his home is protected!

Enzo has a beautiful pool and pool deck in Haymarket, Virginia. The pool deck is a combination of exposed aggregate concrete (pebbled concrete) and brick that creates a unique and aesthetically pleasing layout. Parts of the deck were sinking and Enzo was worried about his kids and friends stubbing their toes and tripping. One of our systems designers conducted the estimate and offered Enzo a permanent solution! Our concrete repair specialist used our PolyLevel Injection Foam, which is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. He then filled all the seams between sections of concrete with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. This prevents damage from water getting underneath the concrete where it can freeze and expand in cold temperatures. These pictures show the excellent job they did! The sump pump was replaced with a SuperSump. A gravity exit was also installed to aid in the removal of the unwanted water. Other drainage systems were also installed: the WaterGuard Port. This helped with the water problems that this basement was experiencing. On the outside of the home, IceGuard and Lawnscape were installed, along with a pump discharge and pipeoff.
