James C. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after his installed sump pump was not taking care of the water in his basement, resulting in high moisture levels. He had tried to fix it himself, but his methods were unsuccessful. A System Designer completed an inspection and offered a free estimate. Ready for a permanent solution, James agreed. A Fortress waterproofing crew installed a WaterGuard drainage system so all water entering the home flows to the sump pump. The Triple Safe sump pump has a closed lid so moisture and bad odors aren't released from the sump pump and a battery back up. Now James has the dry basement he always wanted!

Ron T. of Madison Heights, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions after his garage had settled over 6 inches! He was hoping our PolyLevel foam would be able to help. System Designer Danny Camunas, met with Ron, completed an inspection, took some measurements and provided an estimate. Ron was ready for the restoration! Fortress Foundation Solutions installs the patented Cleanspace liner with a Smart Sump Pump to address the issues in the crawlspace area of the home. In the basement area of the home, Fortress installed the TripleSafe sump pump system with Watergaurd flooring drain piping to address the water in the basement.
