This local church has had water coming into their basement for years! They reached out to have us come take a look at eliminating this issue permanently. Our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, went our and provided them with a waterproofing solution that met their needs and eliminated the constant fear of water getting in. Our Foreman, Cope, and his crew installed our waterproofing system with two Super Sump Pumps to help get the water out of the building.
These East Point Road, Elkton, VA homeowners were concerned when a void developed under their front walkway causing it to drop. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions. This property in North Garden had a porch that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.
Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.
The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
