This sweet couple moved out of city to enjoy their retirement. They are new to the crawl space world and reached out to us to help educate them on effective maintenance. They were very interested in leveling and stabilizing their floors. Our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth, left the homeowners with a solution to address their concerns. 

Foreman, Matt Burger, and his crew completed the installation of a supplemental beam and nine Smart Jack Crawl Space Supports. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a WaterGuard french drain system that connected two rooms, CleanSpace wall system, and TripleSafe sump pump.

This homeowner was selling the home and the home inspection said the moisture level was high.

Our System Designer, Jordan Alltop went out to their home to evaluate the situation they were having. He concluded that the crawl space would need a complete encapsulation.

With a plan set, Nick Mori and his production team came to the home and installed Drainage Matting, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier.

This home is Walkersville, MD had coners about water coming into the crawlspace. After these homewoners set an appointmet with out Sytem Designer, we were able to come out to this home and provice a free estimate. At this appointmetn our System Designer, knew the best solution to this issue was our Clean Sapace vapor barrier. This Clean Space is a barrier to keep water from getting into the crawl space. We also installed our SilverGlo product to the crawlspace. The silverGlo acts as insulation to the area it is applied.
