This garage floor at this house in Herndon was cracked and uneven. The large cracks took away from the beauty of the home. Fortress leveled this garage by using the PolyLevel Injection System. Now the concrete is even and will no longer crack.

This customer called with concerns about the growing cracks in his garage floor. Were they settlement problems or water damage beneath the garage caused by water runoff from the neighbors? He had called two other companies to come out and take a look. One even told him it was 'nothing to worry about' - Yikes!

Then he called the experts, Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer, Skylar Beverage, was able to come out, take some measurements and let him know Fortress could help! Soon our PolyLevel crew was at the home lifting and leveling the floor of his garage, the concrete driveway and front walkway. The homeowner also chose to have his concrete sealed with our SealantPro - permanently protecting the concrete from moisture, chemical elements and seasonal changes. No more worries about his garage floor cracks, damage to his cement driveway or sidewalk, and everything nice and level again.

This home in Herndon had a sidewalk and steps that were sinking and cracking badly.

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro crack repair was used to seal the cracks.

This crawlspace was sagging and flooding. The floors of the house were bowing and mold was growing in the crawlspace. Fortress solved these issues by installing SmartJacks to support the floors and a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SaniDry Sedona to keep the crawlspace clean and dry.

Crawl Space Encapsulation with drainage matting and CleanSpace. WaterGuard and sump pump installed in basement and discharged through the crawlspace. Power braces were used for foundation support and new Sunhouse windows were installed on the front of the house.
