Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

The customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with a flooding basement that had suffered a lot of water damage. Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System and a CleanSpace Liner to waterproof the basement and prevent any future flooding.

Our Senior System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to their home to do an inspection and noticed that the wood beams had started cracking, which was why their floors started to drop. Scott informed the homeowner that our SmartJacks System would be the best solution for them!

This Spotsylania house had dropped quite a bit when the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer, Danny Camunas, knew what was needed! He provided an estimate for push piers that would lift the home's foundation stabilizing it forever. Toby Bryant and his crew, were soon at Lamont Ct. lifting and stabilizing. He was unable to use his basement for storage as the items became moldy. Our system designer recommended a basement water proofing system. Eager to reclaim the space, the homeowner proceeded. Soon a water proofing crew was onsite installing WaterGuard drainage, a Triple Safe Sump Pump and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the walls. The CleanSpace is antimicrobial and directs all water seeping through the walls down into the WaterGuard. It is then drained to the sump pump and pumped out of the home.
