Jeremy F, who lives near Glenelg, MD, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions. He was tired of water getting in his basement and could no longer use the area for storage. Jeremy met with a System Designer who provided the solution, a WaterGuard Drainage System with an Super Sump Sump Pump. The WaterGuard is a channel drainage system installed in a trench around the basement perimeter.  Any water entering the basement flows through the WaterGuard directly to the Super Sump Sump Pump and is pumped out and away from the home. Now Jeremy doesn't have to worry about his belongings becoming moldy or damaged - his basement is dry!

Jason S. contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions regarding the settling of his driveway, resulting in significant cracks over time. System Designer Kurtis Topper promptly met with Jason, conducting a thorough inspection and offering a complimentary estimate. Ready to address the issue, Jason agreed to proceed. The Fortress PolyLevel team swiftly arrived at the property and initiated the work. Employing PolyLevel, they strategically drilled small holes into the concrete at intervals, filling them to elevate the slab to the desired level. Upon completion of the leveling process, the holes were carefully filled, restoring the driveway to its original condition.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.

The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the brick where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the brick to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions raked and leveled this customer's crawlspace, removed old, ineffective black plastic barrier, and removed falling insulation. We then installed drainage matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, FoamMax Insulation, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with external discharge, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. The quality of our work ensures a trouble-free crawlspace!
