Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to assess this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

The Alexandria homeowner noticed some cracking in their brick foundation wall. They knew that this was a bad sign because they had seen Fortress ads showing the very same thing. This home was very special to the couple as they had raised their children in it and wanted their grandchildren to be able to make lasting childhood memories in it as well. We sent out one of our System Designers, Troy, and he created a custom solution for their property's needs. He recommended a push pier system, including 3 piers and brackets, that would lift the house back to its original positioning and close the gap beginning to form. The homeowners agreed to this solution, and soon after, our Forman AJ came out with his crew to install the push pier system. After it was completed, our customers were so glad to feel certain that they'd have many more years in their beloved home, and that their foundations were once again stable. 

This homeowner near Clarksville, MD, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions when the water entering her basement became increasingly problematic. System Designer Eddie Salido met with her, explained the solution Fortress could provide, and offered her a same-day estimate. Eager to reclaim the use of her basement, she agreed. Shortly after, Clarence Copeland (Cope) and his crew were on-site installing a WaterGuard drainage system, Triple Safe Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe and pumped out. The SaniDry dehumidifier maintains low moisture levels in the basement, reducing the risk of mildew and eliminating musty odors. Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the Ultra Sump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that the homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!
