This crawl space in Lexington was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System to ensure that this crawl space will stay clean and dry!
This property in Lexington had a driveway that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.
Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the driveway. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
Two walls in this home required Carbon Armor wall support straps to keep the wall stable and to prevent any further deflection.
This home required Power Braces on two walls of their basement to keep the wall secure and stabilized.
Home Owner in Lexington Virginia called Fortress Foundation Solution in haste to get their Crawl Space waterproofed and encapsulated. System Designer, Brandon Conner, proposed our Triple Safe Sump Pump System. This will direct any water that was previously getting into the Crawl Space to the Sump Pump and than back outside. After the Sump Pump System is installed our Production Crew will complete the full Encapsulation Process. Encapsulating the Crawl Space will allow the home owners full access to the Crawl Space.
