Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This home had cracked walls and water in the basement plus water in the crawl space.  Clean Space Wall was used along the front basement wall with Power Braces to stabilize the block foundation.  Waterguard was installed and a Super Sump was placed in the corner of the room. A discharge line was run through the crawl space to the outside of the home.  The crawl space had drainage matting installed and was encapsulated using Clean Space. A broken water line was discovered and repaired in the process.

The existing sump location was not ideal for the water issued that were present in the home.  A new optimal location was chosen and in conjucntion with WaterGuard the Super Sump will efficiently and effective manage the water in the space. 

This homeowner in Tomsbrook,VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concern about a wall that was beginning to bow inward. Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide a permanent solution. Our Foreman,and his crew went to install the following products that were suggested by our System Designer. This solution included Power Braces. Power Braces help to support a weakened wall. This product prevents the wall from collapsing any further. 

This home in Rose Hill, VA was experiencing some water intrusion in the crawl space along with some sagging floors in the home. Our System Designer, Jamey, went out to this home and knew the best solution to this home would be our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. These products work together to ensure that no water or moisture gets into this home ever again. We also installed our SmartJacks to help reverse the sagging of the floors in the home. 

This home in Glade Spring was having issues with water coming into their crawlspace. They wanted to get this issue resolved as fast and as accurately as possible, so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix this issue.

Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew, went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawl space from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture.  

The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
