Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This house had a sidewalk that was detaching from the house and sinking. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to raise the sinking sidewalk.

This home in Troutville, VA had started to notice water seeping into their basement. They wanted to get the problem taken care of before it got worse, so they reached out to Fortress. We went out and installed a WaterGuard system along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe, and a SuperSump Plus Sump Pump. Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never have to worry about a flooded basement!

This home in Troutville had a sidewalk that was sinking and settling. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution to this problem.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.

Our Foreman went out to this home and used our PolyLevel Injection System to lift that sidewalk back up to it's original position.

This homeowner was experiencing severe water issues in their basement. We installed our WaterGuard drainage system and Smart SumpPump to remove the water. This home will now have a dry basement anytime there is severe rain.
