Sean and Elise noticed their sidewalk dropping over several years. Recently, drainage issues had become a problem with water coming in where the slab had pulled away. A System Designer met with Greg, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth.
