This customer noticed significant settling of their bay window on the front of their home. After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, setting an appointment, and receiving an inspection and recommendation from one of our system designers, they chose to accept our proposal to fix their settlement issues for good! We turned to our Helical Pier system to stabilize and restore the position of their foundation! Helical piers are a great option for stabilizing foundations or other masonry elements and we're so glad that we were able to utilize them for these clients!

We love seeing clean, dry crawl spaces! This particular homeowner, whose crawl space was already encapsulated, noticed a musty smell coming from his crawl space, and when our System Designer, Paul Heckman, went down there, he found that water was seeping into the crawl space through the insulated walls, and designed a solution. Our Foreman, Charlie Evans, and his crew went in and removed some of the old insulation, and replaced it with our own SilverGlo Insulation. They lined the crawl space with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and installed one of our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure that our client's home stays clean and dry! No more musty smells for this homeowner! 

This home owner called our Fortress Team needing extra support in their crawl space. This home was a rental property of theirs and they wanted it taken care of correctly! Our System Designer Dave created the solution to install eight of our Smart Jack Support Beam Systems to create the floor support needed. Dave also installed our Clean Space Vapor Barrier System to ensure the crawl space would remain dry. This gave the home owners the peace of mind they needed to rent this home out! 

This client reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about their crawlspace. One of our system designers visited their home and identified several areas needing attention. We installed our CleanSpace Wall System, multiple SmartJacks to support the main beam and prevent further floor sagging, and our PowerBrace Wall Support system to repair and stabilize the foundation walls against future bowing. This homeowner near Woodbine, Maryland was experiencing issues with sagging floors. They noticed a crack in the wall by their bedroom door frame, which is a common symptom of settlement. Knowing Fortress Foundation Solution's expertise in this area, they called for a solution. Our system designer went out and gave them a free estimate and presented a plan to solve their issue. Our crew then went out and installed SmartJacks to stabilize and lift the floors back to their original position. The floor was stabilized and lifted, and even closed the crack!
