The crawl space of this home in Fort Defiance stayed damp and musty. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a solution for this problem.
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess this home and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, the vapor barrier and SaniDry will ensure that this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions with standing water and old insulation in their crawlspace. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump System. This homeowner located in Buena Vista, VA called Fortress because they had been receiving water in their basement each time there was rainfall but had no idea where it was coming in from
Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went to inspect their home and figured out that the water had been coming in throuh the walls. Scott explained to this homeowner that our Full Perimeter WaterGuard System along with our TripleSafe Sump Pump would be the best possible solution to assure that their basement would stay dry all year round!
Our WaterGuard System is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where the drain could potentially clog. This system is installed with minimal invasion of the slab, and all concrete is restored after installation! Our WaterGuard System collected the water that was seeping through their basement walls and drained it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump that we installed as well.
