Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement in Evington had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement again!

Customer called in with a concern of water and moisture issues in the basement of their home. Fortress installed the CleanSpace wall system to address the moisture issues in the basement. Then to address the water intrusion issues Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter Watergaurd system with Triple Safe Sump pump system to ensure that the customer was worry free of water in the future.

This Charlottesville, VA homeowner came across Fortress Foundation Solutions at one of our home shows. They stopped at the booth and started speaking with one of our System Designers about the water they had been receiving in thei basement. They had water entering their basement through the walls whenever it would rain heavily. 

Fortress gave them a call to schedule a time for one of our System Designers to take a look at their home. After he was finished, he sat down with the homeowners and inormed them more about our Full Perimeter Wall System and also our BrightWall Basement Wall Panels.

Our WaterGuard System is installed below the floor slab and rests ontop of the foundation footing. After this system is installed, we restore all the concrete. Our BrightWall Basement Wall Panel is a rigid plastic sheeting that's attached to your basement wall by drilled-in plastic fasteners. Its bright white color maximizes the available light in your basement, creating a cheerful, clean-looking space. BrightWall is 100% waterproof and washable, and it creates a vapor barrier on your basement walls to block out water vapor and humidity.
