Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The basement of this home in Danville had issues with flooding. The homeowner reached out to Fortress for a permanent solution on how to keep their basement dry.

Our System Designer, Chris Guill, went out to evaluate this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with TripleSafe and SuperSump sump pumps, and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the sump pumps and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a flooded basement!

This homeowner had a finished basement with flooding issues. There was water damage and mold throughout the basement. When we broke open the floor, there was a lot of water right under the tiles. Fortress Foundation Solutions solved these problems by installing a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump System. We also installed an IceGuard and an 85ft discharge line to ensure water would stay away from the house. 

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions with water damage from repeated flooding in their basement. To combat this, Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump Pump and a SaniDry Sedona. We also installed an IceGuard to ensure the basement would stay dry in every season.

A homeowner came to Fortress Foundation Solutions in hopes of transforming her basement into a more comfortable space. She had water seeping in at the floor level of her basement block walls and a poor basement drainage system. Although she was already using the space to her advantage, she was tired of working in such poor conditions. The air was moist and humid and the space was simply uncomfortable to be in. Fortress made it so this homeowner could work in a cleaner space. First Fortress installed WaterGuard and BrightWall. These two installations not only protect the basement from water, but also make it so the area is clean and much more user friendly. A pump discharge unit was put to use, along with a SuperSump to remove all unwanted water. Now this basement is clean and comfortable for the homeowner to enjoy.

This finished basement is being used as a family and recreation room. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system with a TripleSafe sump pump and battery backup.
