Dan M. called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about water in his basement, resulting in high moisture levels. He had tried to fix it himself, but his methods were unsuccessful. A Fortress Foundation Solutions System Designer completed an inspection and offered a free estimate. Ready for a permanent solution, Dan agreed. A Fortress crew installed a WaterGuard drainage system so all water entering the home flows to the sump pump. The Triple Safe sump pump has a closed lid so moisture and bad odors aren't released from the sump pump and a battery back up. Now Dan has the dry basement he always wanted!

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to assess the issues in their home, he informed them more about our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. When our Foreman, Robert Burger and his crew went out for their installation, Robert sat down with the customer and walked him through all the work that they would be doing on his home. After the project was finished, this homeowner was overjoyed with the wprk that had been done!

This family home has always had some kind of water issue. Our crews went out to the home and installed our WaterGuard System around the perimeter of the basement to catch any incoming water and then direct that water to a SuperSump Plus Sump Pump System that we also installed for the customer.
