Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Madison Heights home had a recurring issue with water seeping into the basement with rain, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution for this problem.

After having our System Designer out to assess this home and determine the best waterproofing solution, our Foreman and his crew went out to do the job. They installed WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The WaterGuard will catch any water seepage before it reaches the basement floor, then drain any water to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line. With these products working together, this homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!

The basement of this home in Linden had water intrusion issues. The homeowner reached out to Fortress to see what could be done to resolve this issue.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!

To solve the wall cracks, Fortress installed seven PowerBrace Brackets to ensure the wall would never crack or bow again.

Shortly after, Clarence Copeland (Cope) and his crew were on-site installing a WaterGuard drainage system, Triple Safe Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe and pumped out. The SaniDry dehumidifier maintains low moisture levels in the basement, reducing the risk of mildew and eliminating musty odors.
