Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

This customer called with concerns about the growing cracks in his garage floor. Were they settlement problems or water damage beneath the garage caused by water runoff from the neighbors? He had called two other companies to come out and take a look. One even told him it was 'nothing to worry about' - Yikes!

Then he called the experts, Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer, Skylar Beverage, was able to come out, take some measurements and let him know Fortress could help! Soon our PolyLevel crew was at the home lifting and leveling the floor of his garage, the concrete driveway and front walkway. The homeowner also chose to have his concrete sealed with our SealantPro - permanently protecting the concrete from moisture, chemical elements and seasonal changes. No more worries about his garage floor cracks, damage to his cement driveway or sidewalk, and everything nice and level again.

This home in Herndon had a sidewalk and steps that were sinking and cracking badly.

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro crack repair was used to seal the cracks.

This home near Monrovia, MD had water coming in the basement where the driveway ran alongside the house. Over several years the driveway had dropped leaving a gap. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer met with them, inspecting the area and offering a free estimate for repair. They drilled small holes at intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the slab was lifted to the desired height. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the driveway was restored to its original state. Now, Aaron and his family can confidently use the driveway without the fear of tripping!
