This customer called Fortress to get a free estimate for a full crawl space encapsulation. We sent Scott, one of our expert system designers out to take a look and come up with a solution. Scott proposed utilizing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to fully encapsulate the space to keep out dirt and moisture. We also installed a Sedona SaniDri Dehumidifier to keep the relative humidity down.

To keep the heat in the house from escaping though the crawlspace, Fortress installed Foamax wall insulation. Then, Fortress installed the Flexispan wall crack repair system to fix the crack in the foundation and ensure a firm foundation. Finally, Fortress installed a CleanSpace liner to waterproof the crawl space and address the damp and musty issues the customer was facing.
