This fully finished basement is being used an additional living space. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain system and a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery backup and external drainage.

Garrett T. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after his installed sump pump was not taking care of the water in his basement, resulting in high moisture levels. He had tried to fix it himself, but his methods were unsuccessful. A System Designer completed an inspection and offered a free estimate. Ready for a permanent solution, Garrett agreed. A Fortress crew installied a WaterGuard drainage system, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a Triple Safe Sump Pump. Now any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe which has a closed lid so moisture and bad odors aren't released from the sump pump and a battery back up. Now Garrett has the dry basement he always wanted!

A System Designer met with Murphy, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry.
