This dirty crawlspace in Covington, VA needed some help! It was moldy and the insulation was falling down due to the high moisture levels. Fortress solved these issues by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the crawlspace would stay clean and dry.

This basement in Bland, VA was having issues with water coming in after rain events. The water was making its was in where the wall and floor meet. Fortress Foundation Solutions was able to send our System Designer to visit the homeowners and conduct a solution for this issue.  

The System Designer knew the best solution would be our WaterGuard System. This system is place on the footer of the home around the perimeter of the basement. The system catches the water that comes into the home and directs it to our TripleSafe Sump Pump System where the water is then pumped out of the home.    

This home had severe moisture and mold build up in the crawlspace. Our crew was able to remove the mold and fully encapsulate the crawlspace with our CleanSpace system. To ensure the space stays dry and remove the risk of future mold growth, sealing the crawl space off to the outside elements is key. Adding a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier is the last step to remove any moisture in the crawlspace eliminating the chance for future mold or mildew growth.
