Moisture-saturated insulation was also falling down in his crawl space. How could this be happening? He had laid down plastic over the ground and thought his crawl space would be protected. Daniel's crawl space needed EZ Flow drainage, a Smart Sump Sump Pump, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. EZ Flow directs groundwater to the Smart Sump, which pumps the water outside the home. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier seals off the home from the damp/wet ground below. The SaniDry Sedona removes excess moisture, keeping the area dry and protecting the wood. Daniel's home is his biggest asset. This sidewalk in Boyce, VA was uneven and dangerous. It was really bad close to a handicap parking spot and in front of the handicap ramp. That could be a big problem and Fortress does not want anyone to injure themselves while tripping over the uneven concrete. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection method to level this sidewalk and make it safe again.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem.

The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
