Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

This homeowner wanted to take advantage of the housing market and sell their home. They decided to have our Watergaurd drainage system with a Smart Sump Pump installed to appeal to any new homeowner that was interested in their home. Our team installed did a beautiful install of the system to include french drain in front of the exterior doorway and work around for the existing water heater. 

This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions concerned with a gap that was in-between the baseboard and floor. The home owners were flipping this property and getting it done efficiently was important to them. We sent our System Designer, Paul, out to inspect the property. After a thorough inspection he determined the best solution was to install our Smart Jacks XT to raise the floor and add additional support . 

This crawl space in Lynchburg, Virginia was suffering from high humidity. Made evident by the falling insulation. To fix the issues we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SilverGlo Insualtion, and a Sedona Dehumidifier to fully encapsulate the space and protect it from moisture.

This homeowner called us out to get a quote on their sinking front walkway. Concerned about the appearance and safety of their concrete, Joe, one of our expert System Designers recommended our PolyLevel Concrete Leveling Solution. Happy with the proposal, the customer moved forward and a few weeks later, Tim and Alex, our PolyLevel crew arrived to lift and level the sunken concrete slabs. 

Fortress Foundation Solutions solved this customers problem of a flooding crawl space by installing a CleanSpace Ecapsulation. We also used Mold-X2 to eliminated the mold and prevent it from developing again.
