This home in Lynchburg, VA was having a few concerning issues. The homeowners noticed after heavy rain water was making it way into the basement of the home. Secondly, the homeowners noticed the foundation walls in the basement had began to crack and bow inward. Fortress Foundation Solutions was able to send our System Designer to address the issue. 

Our Forman and his crew installed our PowerBrace System to help stabilize the wall and our WaterGuard System to take care of the water that was coming into the home.  

The basement of this Lynchburg home had issues with water seepage, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get that problem solved.

To best solve the water intrusion issue, Fortress installed our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The WaterGuard works to catch any water seeping in before it ever reaches the basement floor. The water will then drain to the TripleSafe and be pumped out of the home and into the yard through a discharge line. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry!

This basement in Lynchburg had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The floors of the house were also warped. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and SmartJack Supports were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the SuperSump where it will be pumped out of the basement. The SmartJackSupports straighten the floor of the home and add much needed support. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement or bowing floors again!

This dirty crawlspace in Lynchburg needed some help! It was moldy and muddy due to the high moisture levels. Fortress solved these issues by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the crawlspace would stay clean and dry.
