This homeowner in Cedar Bluff reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because the floors of their home had started to sag due to moisture issues in the crawl space. After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, our System Designer, Paul Heckman was able to go out to provide a free estimate. Paul knew the best solution would be an encapsulation of the crawl space along with floor stabilization.

To resolve the moisture issue, Fortress installed a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, a SmartSump Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Our SmartJack System was installed to permanently lift and stabilize the existing beams and floor joists, lifting those sagging floors back to their original level! These products help to ensure a clean and dry crawl space with no more damage to the floor joists!
